Fifth Annual Biography of the Year Scholarship Challenge

Deadline: Ideas - Nov. 1, 2002. Scholarship - Nov. 15, 2002.

Funds: Ideas - $500. Scholarship - $5,000 savings bond to grand prize winners (2), plus $500 to the sponsoring teacher; $2,500 savings bond to the first place winner (2), plus $250 for to the sponsoring teacher. All schools of the winning student will receive an A&E Home Video Library prize.
